Module 3: Compulsory annual course for carers

Module 4: Qualification of care assistants in care facilities/care practitioners

• Content: Preparation for the tasks of a care assistant, practical implementation of the knowledge imparted

Module 5: Culturally sensitive care and support

Module 6: Correct professional documentation and communication

• Content: Teaching specialised vocabulary so that factual documentation and shift handovers are successful
